PHOTOSTORIES+ provides digital photographic content and related online services through its website. By accessing the website or purchasing digital content, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PHOTOSTORIES+ sells digital photographic content that is delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, access information may be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process.

Purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are payable in full when the order is placed.

Access to purchased content may be provided through a personalised access link or other access information sent to the purchaser.

Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

PHOTOSTORIES+ will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and purchased content accessible. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
